Brenda entered the insurance industry after graduating from the University of Mississippi in 1971. She holds a Certificate of General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of America as well as the CIC designation. Brenda presently is past president of Professional Insurance Agents of Louisiana.  She has also served on various committees of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Louisiana, including Agency Management, Education, Markets, and Communications. She has served on the Agents Advisory council for Hanover Insurance and Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation and on the Commercial Lines Committee for CNA's PACER panel.

John is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. He has been affiliated with the insurance industry and the Lowry-Dunham, Case & Vivien Insurance Agency since 1975. As an account representative, John developed a special degree of expertise in professional malpractice, flood insurance, contractor’s insurance, public entities and non-profits. John has served as president of the Independent Insurance Agents of St. Tammany, a member of Hanover Insurance Automation advisory team, and as a member of Commissioner Jim Brown’s advisory council on managed health. John was awarded the designation of Certified Insurance Consultant, CIC, after successfully passing the required classroom hours and five-part exam. He is current with all continuing education required to maintain this designation and his state license. John has served the insurance industry in an advisory capacity for several companies. In addition, John has served in the community as a member of the City of Slidell Planning Commission, past president of North Shore Rotary, president of Greater Slidell Chamber of Commerce, member of Pope John Paul II High School board of directors, member of the board of directors of St. Tammany Literacy Foundation and is a graduate of Leadership Slidell.

Owner of the agency until 1991. Now serves as a consultant with over 40 years of insurance expertise to contribute to the success of the agency. He is also a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Louisiana.
Lloyd E. Vivien, Jr. ("Mickey")- Vice President mickeyv@ldcv.com 985.643.1234
Mickey received a BS degree from Louisiana State University in 1958 and joined the insurance industry associated with Vivien Insurance Agency, Inc. that same year. He is a licensed agent for property, casualty, life and health and is current with his required hours of continuing education. Mickey served on the Board of Directors of the Independent Insurance Agents of Louisiana from 1983-1987. He also served various terms as Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, and President of the Independent Insurance Agents of St. Tammany Parish. He was on the License Exam Review Committee for the Louisiana Department of Insurance for 1999 and 2000 and plans to serve again in 2006 and he is one of the original founders of the Slidell Morning rotary club.  Mickey is a graduate of the Leadership Slidell class of 1992. Vivien Insurance Agency, Inc. and Lowry-Dunham Insurance Agency merged in 1991 to form Lowry-Dunham, Case & Vivien.

Barbara started with Vivien Insurance Agency as a personal lines CSR and front line underwriter in 1975. She is licensed for P & C and came to LDCV in 1991.

Vernon Gagliano has provided insurance services for commercial and individual clients for 30 years.  He served as president of the Insurance Agents of St Tammany and has developed expertise in developing insurance protection for retail and service businesses throughout southeast Louisiana.

Ann Marie entered the insurance industry in Mississippi in 1980. She has been at Lowry-Dunham, Case & Vivien since 1982. Ann Marie served as President of the St. Tammany Insurance Women in 1991 & 1992. She was also named Insurance Woman of the Year in 1991 by that organization. Ann Marie is licensed in property, casualty, life and health and works as a producer with LDCV. She also obtained the Certified Insurance Couselor, CIC, designation.

Mary Ann has been with the agency since 1993. In addition to handling the phones, she also provides administrative support to the entire agency.

Sylvia has been with the agency longer than any other employee. She started with Lowry-Dunham, Case & Vivien in June of 1976. Sylvia handles all the bookkeeping for the agency.
Commercial Lines

Linda began her insurance career in 1981. She joined Lowry-Dunham, Case & Vivien in 1994 after having worked in New Orleans.  Linda is responsible for finding the most competitive markets for the agency’s accounts. Linda also handles the marketing on all new and renewal business for the agency services and public entity accounts.

Cheri started in the insurance industry in 1981. She worked for The Hartford Insurance Company for 3 years before moving into the Independent Agency environment. She worked for an agency in New Orleans for 10 years in both Personal and Commercial lines. Cheri has been with Lowry-Dunham since 1993, and she heads up the service and renewal process for most of the commercial accounts.

Gidget started in insurance in 1997, and received her insurance license in 2000. She currently is working as a commercial lines account manager and also handles commercial lines claims.
Personal Lines

Marilyn started in property/casualty insurance in 1976 as a customer service representative for State Farm. She received her agent’s license in 1982 and managed an office for 9 years. Marilyn has been employed with the agency since 1991.

Karon has been with Lowry-Dunham, Case & Vivien since January of 1978. She was president of St. Tammany Insurance Women 1988-1989.  She has worked in all departments of the agency in some capacity.  She received her agent’s license in 1994.  At the present time, she currently is working as a personal lines account manager.
