needed to issue and service insurance policies, handle claims
and file reports as required by law.

We collect nonpublic personal financial information about you

forms
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates
or others
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency
Use and Disclosure of Information
We use the information
to underwrite your insurance policy, process claims, and service
your account. As permitted
by law, the information arising from the underwriting and claims
processes may be disclosed to your insurance company or other
nonaffiliated third parties, such as an independent claims adjustor,
to service your policy.
